In the game
The town where Caesar's Legion held its brutal 'lottery', and where you first meet Vulpes Inculta.
The real place
A tiny desert settlement on the California–Nevada border, with a historic hotel and general store.
Visiting
It is very small and very quiet; combine it with a stop in Primm.
