In the game

A pirate-themed casino where CJ can buy a hotel suite as a safehouse.

The real place

Treasure Island opened in 1993 with pirate ships in a lagoon on the Strip. Its free ship show ended in 2013, but the ships remain on display.

Visiting

The ships can be seen from the pavement. The old Mirage site next door is being rebuilt.
