In the game

A secret military base in Bone County that CJ breaks into to steal a jetpack in 'Black Project'.

The real place

Area 51 is a classified US Air Force facility at Groom Lake, long linked with UFO stories. The real base is strictly off-limits, with guards and warning signs at the boundary.

Visiting

Do not approach the base boundary, as trespassers are arrested. Drive the Extraterrestrial Highway (State Route 375) and stop in Rachel instead.
